Good afternoon Middle School families! Just wanted to pass along an update for those interested in powerlifting this year. It will be open to 7th and 8th graders. Practice will be begin on Monday, November 29, from 5 pm - 7 pm. There will be a classroom available for the students to work on homework from 3-5 if transportation is an issue. *REMINDERS - Students must have a current sports physical on file. 8th grade students must have passed 5 out of 6 classes during the spring semester last school year to be eligible to participate.
